ACT GREASE XEP2 is a tenacious, highly specialised semi-Synthetic, NLGI 2, lithium complex grease designed for use in agricultural and construction equipment as well as on highway trucks. It is manufactured from a bismuth EP/AW Additive technology and utilises carefully blended polymers, to help provide excellent stay in place properties and to adhere to critical parts where it can better lubricate metal surfaces. It is coloured bright red-orange.

Application

ACT GREASE can be used in various industrial, heavy duty automotive, agricultural, construction and mining applications, where it provides outstanding protection for low to medium speed bearings that are heavily loaded and where molybdenum greases are not required.

Examples of applications are:

Trucks/Buses:

Main greasing points including general chassis requirements, ball and universal joints as well as wheel bearings.

Construction and Agricultural Equipment:

All grease points including bearings, king pins and shackles. It is highly recommended in areas where excellent water resistance and long re-lubrication intervals are required.

Industrial/Mining:

Excellent protection for heavily loaded bearings subjected to high temperature as well as vibration environments. These include ball, roller, plain and spindle bearings.

ACT GREASE is particularly suitable as a replacement for "-stringy" greases that adhere to themselves and require equipment to work harder to overcome internal friction.

Note: This product is not recommended for use in high speed bearings in cars, such as wheel bearings or other applications.
